Founded in 1952, St. Francis Episcopal Day School serves more than 800 students in prekindergarten through grade 12. It is accredited by the Independent Schools Association of the Southwest; the Southwestern Association of Episcopal Schools; and is a member of the National Association of Independent Schools. It operates primary, lower and middle schools. Its schools offer a range of general academic and extracurricular courses. The schools also offer various visual and performing arts programs, including strings, choir, band and drama. In addition, its schools offers a variety of sports activities, such as football, cross-country, field hockey, volleyball, wrestling, soccer, basketball, softball, lacrosse, and track and field. St. Francis Episcopal Day School operates several student organizations, including the National Junior Honor Society, a student council, and drama, journalism, math and science clubs.
