Established in 1918, Saint Louis ConnectCare works to provide social and case management services. It is of the largest community health centers in St. Louis. The center maintains a pharmacy department that is equipped with computer systems and technology. Saint Louis ConnectCare offers clinical services, such as orthopedics, neurology, gynecology, pulmonary, cardiology, gastroenterology and radiology. Its additional services include volunteer and patient transportation services. Saint Louis ConnectCare additionally maintains a support group for women suffering with breast cancer, as well as offers vaccination for Hepatitis A. It also has a call center that responds to various calls for service.
