The Animal Control Center, located in St. Paul, Minn., is operated by the city of St. Paul. The center responds to animal ordinance violations, impounds stray and dangerous dogs, and performs follow up services on all animal bite reports. It also traps wild animals that have become a nuisance or pose a health or safety threat. The Animal Control Center provides a series of informational brochures, some of which are available online.
