St. Vincent Sports Medicine is one of the largest hospital-based sports medicine programs in the state of Indiana. Its staff includes orthopedists, and family practice and internal medicine physicians. St. Vincent Sports Medicine is also one of the largest employers of certified athletic trainers in the state. Its physicians and athletic trainers provide sports medicine services to more than 50 professional teams, universities, high schools, junior highs, clubs and organizations. Additionally, it offers an internship program that provides an opportunity for the students to work in several aspects of sports medicine, including outpatient physical therapies, orthopedic surgery and outreach settings. St. Vincent Sports Medicine is located in Indianapolis.
