Dr. Davis is a General Family Dentist, providing individualized care for patients of all ages. He is a member of the American Dental Association, and the Utah Dental Association.
Our small, comfortable office is conveniently and centrally located in Salt Lake City close to freeway access and major thorough fares. We have flexible office hours to meet the varied needs of our patients.

Dr. Davis offers a comprehensive scope of dental services including preventative, restorative, endodontics, oral surgery, periodontics, cosmetic and Invisalign. We will be happy to see all members of your family, regardless of age. We will be happy to submit claims to any and all dental insurance carriers. However, the insurance carriers themselves sometimes have limitations and restrictions. If you are not certain if your insurance company will pay to providers outside their network, please contact your insurance carrier directly.

We want your primary concern to be good oral hygiene, so we have several affordable payment options. In addition to accepting the usual forms of payment (cash, checks, and major credit cards), we are now pleased to offer affordable payment plans through Chase HealthAdvance and Care Credit.
