We have been open since 1946 and have offered fitness enthusiasts, like Lou Ferrigno and Arnold Schwarzenegger, a health club with the equipment necessary for a great workout. Our gym offers members the opportunity to work with an experienced personal trainer who will help take their fitness routine to the next level. Not only do we offer the support and equipment our members need during their workout, we also have a supply of health supplements available for purchase.
