Steven Langer received his law license in 1992. For 11 of his 21 years as a lawyer, he has practiced immigration law. His approach is evidence based due to his many years of experience as a trial lawyer. This evidence based approach has resulted in a perfect record in certain process categories including adjustments of status and naturalizations. Mr. Langer has appeared at many trials in state and federal court and argued before the United States Court of Appeals. Mr. Langer opened his own firm in 2007. His firm opened its Tulsa office in 2013, which is managed by attorney Michael Abdoveis. Immigration lawyer Michael Abdoveis graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Abdoveis focused his studies on immigration law. During this time he clerked for Steven Langer. In addition, he served as an intern for Catholic Charities. He also served as an intern for two members of Congress in Washington, D.C. Mr. Abdoveis possesses exemplary experience in briefing complex immigration issues and in utilizing Congressional constituent services to obtain results for our firms clients.Mr. Abdoveis studied and wrote extensively in the area of asylum law, investment visas and immigration detention. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and attended the 2013 Immigration Conference of the Federal Bar Association.
