Stewart-Richey Construction is a construction contractor and management firm located in Bowling Green, Ky. Through its 12 subcontracting divisions, the company offers a number of services, including concrete, masonry, painting, fire suppression, electric, drywall, heating and air conditioning, plumbing, excavation, metal buildings, painting, welding and refrigeration. Its completed projects include schools, churches, industrial buildings, warehouses, office buildings, government buildings and small scale remodeling projects. The company was founded in 1973 and is an authorized dealer for Kirby Building Systems. It is also an Eagle Fire Protection service and installation provider. In 2000, Stewart-Richey was acquired by Houchens Industries and became a 100 percent owned ESOP company.
