Stiles Properties The foundation of Stiles Properties was laid 64 years ago when J. C. Stiles bought the Georgian Hotel in downtown Athens, Goergia. Since then the company has grown to own and manage well over a hundred historic properties throughout Athens. The distinguished facility at Five Points, the first apartment building built in Athens, Ga in 1925, is home to the Stiles Properties offices today. Stiles Properties, guided by the third generation of family leadership and a very capable staff, provide excellent management and superior service to the residents of Athens.
