Founded in 1967, The Summit is a private dining and social club that offers a variety of menu items for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The club serves appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches and entrees. Its menu includes grilled chicken, pasta and calamari dishes, shrimp and crab cocktail martini, potato fries, steaks, sprouts and burgers. The Summit offers more than 200 types of wines, including merlot, chardonnay, pinot noir, pinot blanc, syrah and cabernet sauvignon. It serves food in custom China, silver and polished serving pieces.Additionally, the club provides catering services and packed lunch boxes. The Summit is located in Tulsa, Okla.
