Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union offers a full range of deposit, lending, and investment products with access through its branches, ATM network, Members Contact Center, and the Internet. The credit union serves members in 15 counties along the West coast of Florida, including: Charlotte, Citrus, Collier, DeSoto, Glades, Hardee, Hendry, Hernando, Hillsborough, Lee, Levy, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas and Sumter counties. The credit union s membership is diverse and includes both public and private school employees, immediate family members, members of the Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union Retirement Association, some county and cities employees, certain community charters, select employee groups and spouses of deceased members. Specific services available to these members are checking accounts, savings accounts, mortgages, loans, online account management, online bill pay and fund transfers. Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union was chartered in January of 1934 as Hillsborough County Teachers Credit Union and today is one of the largest in the United States.
