Personal training by appointment, one or two 30 minute full body workouts per week. Utilizing SuperSlow protocol lifting the weights slowly over 10 seconds and lowering the weights over 10 seconds without pausing or setting the weight stack down, with the goal of temporarily exhausting the muscles, also stresses the bones. This gives the muscles the strongest stimulus to grow stronger.
