Surrey Equities, LLC, formed in 2004 by Edward Silvera, Leon Silvera and Jacob Frydman, is a real estate investment and management firm. Our mission is to acquire value-added investment opportunities throughout the eastern half of the United States and create a tailored strategy to achieve our goals. Our in-depth analysis, due diligence and the character of our leasing and management teams give us the ability to execute on our plans. We currently own real estate in Texas, Ohio, North Carolina, Florida, Maine, New York & Pennsylvania. In conjunction with our affiliate firm, Silvera Asset Group, LLC, we own over 1, 500, 000 square feet. Our portfolio consists of retail, office and flex properties. Our focus is value-added retail properties located in the eastern half of the country.
