Non-Destructive Testing: TMC's Non-Destructive Testing Division provides ultrasonic analysis, radiographic analysis, Eddy Current inspection, Magnetic Particle examination, and Dye Penetrant inspection. These Non-Destructive tests can be provided on-site at the customer's facility or in-house at TMC's Huntsville, Alabama location. Industrial Valve (Repair and Refurbishment): TMC's Industrial Valve Division services industrial, commercial, and government clients with testing, inspection, repair, and refurbishment of valves. Services include on-line testing, removal, repair, and installation of ALL industrial type valves including safety, relief, and safety-relief valves. Inspections and service can be provided on-site at the customer's facility or in-house at TMC's Decatur, Alabama location. TMC's in-house facility is equipped to test and analyze for steam, liquid, air, and vacuum. TMC holds the National Board of Pressure Vessels Valve Repair certification for Sections 1 & 8, is an authorized repair facility for Hydroseal Safety Valves, and is a Level 1 stocking distributor for a wide variety of iron, steel, and bronze valves. TMC's Industrial Valve Division also includes a Hoist and Crane inspection department, which specializes in the inspection, test, and repair of all lifting devices. TMC personnel hold national certification for crane and hoist inspection.
