Ted's Montana Grill is a privately owned chain of restaurants that was founded in 2002 by media entrepreneur and environmentalist, Ted Turner, and restaurateur, George McKerrow Jr. The chain operates more than 50 restaurants in over 15 U.S. states. Its restaurants specialize in American cuisine and serve chopped steaks, burgers, crab cakes, roast turkey, tuna, trout and prime rib. The chain s restaurants also offer tenderloin, salmon, coleslaw and grilled ham. Ted's Montana Grill s restaurants provide a special menu for children, which includes meatloaf, chicken tenders and french fries. The chains restaurants feature stores that offer a range of products that includes apparel, gift cards, cookbooks, CDs and leather coasters. Ted's Montana Grill maintains a presence in Atlanta.
