Founded in 1963, Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine is operated, also known as TUSPM, is accredited by the Council of Podiatric Medical Education. The school features a library and gymnasium. It specializes in the areas of surgery sports medicine, orthopedics, pediatrics, geriatrics and diabetic foot care. Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine s Foot and Ankle Institute operates an ambulatory surgical center that offers services on an outpatient basis. In addition, the school manages a diabetic center that provides a range of diagnostic and treatment services. It also provides vascular and neurological evaluation programs. Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine administers Leonard S. Abrams Center. The center is equipped with specialty footwear and Doppler vascular analyzers.
