On your first visit we will have enough time scheduled for Dr. Bennett to examine you, go over your history, explain Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction, and decide which treatment options are best for you. One of our primary concerns will be to make you feel comfortable in our office. We offer a calm and caring environment and encourage your questions.

Our Goal

Dr. Bennett specializes in the diagnosis and treatment for the individual suffering from Temporomandibular related disorders and/or head, neck and facial pain. We believe in a comprehensive assessment and treatments are tailored for each individual. Establishing the greatest level of comfort and normal function through our diagnostic and treatment procedures is our goal for each patient.

Jaw joint disorders can painfully manifest themselves throughout the upper body making an accurate diagnosis difficult. Not every individual can experience complete recovery from their problems, but most everyone can expect significant improvement and a better quality of life.

Symptoms of TMJ Dysfunctions

Approximately one in eight people suffer from some type of jaw joint problem. The common symptoms may occur as just one or in different combinations

*Popping or Grating Sensations in the Jaw Joints
*Headaches and/or Facial Pain of Varying Intensity,Limited Movement or "Locking" of the Jaw Joints During Normal Opening or Functions
