TESH is a rehabilitation organization that assists people who are disabled and disadvantaged to achieve their highest level of independence. The center is a community-based nonprofit organization and was founded in 1976. It provides an array of services, including vocational training and skills building, employment opportunities, independent living and provides residential support to more than 600 people a year. The center s independent living program helps adults with developmental disabilities to achieve as much independence. Its residential rehabilitation program provides a wide variety of rehabilitation services and opportunities to become independent. The center s adult activity center provides various recreational activities, such as swimming, bowling, exercise and shopping. Its work incentive program offers a comprehensive range of work force development activities, and is located in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.
