Texas Roadhouse, located in Shively, Ky., is one of more than 200 Texas Roadhouse restaurants located throughout the United States. The Texas Roadhouse menu features appetizers, such as cheese fries and Texas red chili, along with salads, steaks, fried catfish, ribs, hot rolls and a full-bar with draught beers and margaritas. The restaurant is open for dinner, Monday through Thursday, and serves both lunch and dinner Friday through Sunday. The restaurant's Thursday night 'Bike Night' has been deemed the largest bike night in the Louisville, Ky., area. The first Texas Roadhouse opened in Clarksville, Ind., on February 17th, 1993. The restaurant group has been voted the #1 Steakhouse in America by Restaurants and Institutions Magazine Consumer Choice Survey.
