Texas Shade Factory was founded in 1929 and is the oldest window covering store in San Antonio. We have been in business continuously for over 83 years with the current owners being here since 1981. Texas Shade sells all major brands of window coverings including Hunter Douglas, Graber, Lafayette, Conrad, Hartmann & Forbes, and most other companies. Texas Shade carries an extensive line of fabrics for custom draperies, shades, and roman shades. Our company offers repair services for many products. We specialize in both interior and exterior window fashions. Texas Shade has been in the forefront with motorization and we sell, install, and maintain most automated products. While our customer base is mostly metro San Antonio, we are available to travel to other areas including the Texas Coast, Hill Country, West Texas, and South Texas.
