The Army Cadets of New York (ACNY) is a NON political youth development organization dedicated to serving America's young MEN and women. Ages 8-22. Our Company runs a military minded cadet program which will teach the participants of the program what it is like to live a military lifestyle without actually joining the Armed Forces. Our goal in the organization is to guide the participants in Military Disciplines, Customs and Courtesies, Drills and Ceremonies, Procedures and Protocols. As well as, entrust within our youth a sense of honor, integrity and trust all of which will be mentally and physically instilled. If there is a youth who is having a problem with following directives, these youth will do a five day a week program, when they have shown progress, they will do two to three days a week. The youth will be evaluated quarterly.
