Bond Market Association is the trade association representing one of the largest securities markets in the world. The association speaks for the global bond industry, advocating its positions and representing its interests in New York, Washington, D.C., London, Frankfurt, Brussels and Tokyo, and with issuer and investor groups worldwide. It represents a diverse mix of securities firms and banks, whether they are large, multiproduct firms or companies with special market niches. Its members includes all primary dealers in United States government securities, as recognized by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and all major dealers in U.S. agency securities, mortgage- and asset-backed securities and corporate bonds, as well as money market and funding instruments. The association has sponsored specialized industry forums, such as the European Securitisation Forum, American Securitization Forum and Asset Managers Forum.
