Typically walk in nail trims only take a few minutes to complete, in which case the owner is free to wait in the lobby. For grooming services (bath/deshed, haircut) we have the customer drop off their pet. We offer either a specific pick up time, or we can call you when they're ready to go! General grooming time ranges from 2-4 hours depending on breed and how busy the day is.
