Cooperage Restaurant is locally owned and operated in Albuquerque for over 35 years, since 1976. The restaurant is renowned statewide for our in-house hand cut USDA certified Black Angus Beef. The Prime Rib, the specialty of the house, is aged to perfection, cut and cooked to order.
