The Copper Pot restaurant in Englewood, Colorado was created to pay homage to the many cuisines America has to offer. We have put our own mark on regional American classics such as meatloaf, chicken fried steak, macaroni and cheese, fish and chips, and many more. Beyond the food, the idea of bringing back the "neighborhood" restaurant was important.
