From serving our first class of eight children in 1959, to serving over 1,500 children each year today, The Early Learning Institute remains dedicated to helping children to reach their fullest potential. Your child will benefit from the continuity and knowledge of TELI’s dedicated staff of educated professionals. Many of our teachers and therapists have more than 25 years of experience participate in continuing education. TELI also collaborates with a number of other agencies to provide the best possible care to children and their families. Both of TELI’s early learning centers participate in the Keystone Stars program.

3 Locations and In-Home Throughout Allegheny County,3 Locations and In-Home Throughout Allegheny County,The Early Learning Institute provides Infant/Toddler Early Intervention Program This program serves children aged birth to three, usually in their home or child care facility. Supportive services can include occupational, physical, developmental, speech and language therapies, as well as vision, hearing, nutrition and social work services. Autism and sensory integration specialists are also on staff. Early Childhood Education Program TELI&rsquos early learning centers offers a developmentally-appropriate school preparedness program with a curriculum designed to enhance communication, fine and gross motor skills, socialization, self-help and problem-solving skills. Harmony Learning Center This fully-licensed child care facility for children 12 months to young school age provides an educational environment for children to learn and grow through a variety of developmental activities for children of all abilities. Social Butterflies Program TELI&rsquos Social Butterflies program is designed for infants and toddlers aged 9 months to three years. This innovative program is a social group that was designed to encourage social skills and foster friendships among young children.
