The Flying Biscuit Caf features a breakfast menu including smoked salmon scrambles, flying biscuit breakfasts, organic oatmeal pancakes, orange-scented French toast and tofu wraps. The restaurant s lunch items include turkey meatloaf and pudge, love cakes, vegan Southern style burritos as well as warm chicken and fried egg salads. Flying Biscuit s burgers are topped with mozzarella and feta cheese, roasted red peppers mustard, red onion spears, smoky jalapeno and spicy chipotle sauces as well as tamari mayo and aioli. Its dinner specials include pan-roasted Atlantic salmon, peach-bourbon barbeque chicken breast, crawfish-stuffed catfish fillet, green curry coconut tofu and pappardelle pasta. The Flying Biscuit Caf has two restaurants in Atlanta including the Candler Park and Midtown locations.
