The Home Association, established in 1899, is a nursing home on a 6-acre private park in Tampa, Fla., offering both long-term and short-term care for its patients. The nursing home is a nonprofit corporate partner of Center Place. It accepts and offers Medicaid, Medicare, private pay and more than 35 managed care insurances. The association offers various personal care services, such as meals, housekeeping, grooming, hygiene, bathing, dressing and toileting. It also offers skilled nursing services, including rehabilitation therapies, assistance with daily living needs, and treatment and interventions for behavioral disorders. The association also provides pain management services; physical and speech therapies; short-term rehabilitation; terminal and tracheotomy care and wound management.
