I analyze risks and provide strategic legal advice and perform all legal research to handle client's legal matters. I file copyright and trademark registration with the United States Copyright Office and United States Patent and Trademark Office, respectively. I help business entities form Tennessee corporations, draft contracts, nondisclosure and confidentiality agreements, social media policies and other legal documents as required. I also develop intellectual property licensing opportunities, branding and sponsorship opportunities for clients as needed.
I also provide legal assistance and counseling for those who need visas (including the P Visa for entertainers, athletes and their families), green cards, consular processing, naturalization, asylum, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and removal proceedings. Since immigration issues are federal law, I can represent clients anywhere in the United States including those who reside within the jurisdiction of the Memphis Immigration Court, which serves the states of Tennessee, Arkansas and parts of Kentucky and Mississippi.
Lastly, I counsel families. In my divorce practice, legal representation for the division of marital assets and care and custody of the children are paramount concerns. My divorce counsel also includes restoration of maiden name and award of alimony, if warranted. I also help individuals execute their last wishes through a will, health directive, conservatorshipandpower of attorney.
