PONCHATOULA Ideally located in the heart of southeast Louisiana, Ponchatoula is known near and far as America's Antique City. Ponchatoula offers over 40 antique and collectible shops within an eight block area. In addition to these shops, downtown Ponchatoula also features a reconditioned train mail car filled with craft dealers, the Collinswood Museum, a number of restaurants, a restored locomotive engine and a live alligator.
