Established in 2001, The Skin Surgery Center offers a range of medical and surgical dermatology solutions for the treatment of various skin diseases. The center treats skin cancer, dermatitis and other skin conditions for patients throughout North Carolina. It also provides several cosmetic procedures, including microdermabrasion, sclerotherapy and laser hair removal purposes. The Skin Surgery Center provides the BOTOX brand of cosmetic treatments. The center participates in clinical research programs through its pharmaceutical studies center. It is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. The Skin Surgery Center maintains a paraffin histopathology laboratory and aesthetics center. The center performs Mohs micrographic surgery.
