Richard Thomasson is our Senior Partner. He graduated from William & Mary with a degree in Accounting and the University of North Carolina with a law degree. He is a former C.P.A. and practiced tax law with a national accounting firm.We specialize in representing small businesses and their owners and officers. New clients usually start with the formation of the business entity.
