We provide many services which include a wide variety of shipping options. We are proud to now be certified by the United States Post Office as official representatives and will be adding world wide DHL.
We love to serve and we truly love all the people that we have had a chance to help. We want every customer because we care and we have customers that come in every single day for our specific services.
We love to find solutions for others with our excellent prices through The UPS Store. As a retail store we cannot provide large services at prices far below the prices of very small services- no matter how many conversations.
byJohn P.on06/23/2015I sent my wife over to this store to simply send a standard envelope to Dallas TX, two day priority mail. At the Post Office, this is an $18 expense. From this UPS Store, it cost her $55.83. When I called, their reply was that this is what the computer tells them to charge. I asked them if he thought the two minutes he spent handling the transaction was worth $38. He said he wouldn't have paid it. The owner refused to return my call. Steer clear of this place. It's nothing but a total rip off. I'm also pretty sure that anyone that says they give "EXCELLENT" anything is a bogus review. That's just not how they roll.awful customer servicebydedra.langleyon04/11/2014I had this UPS store fax important documents for me today. They charged me $50. The person I was faxing it to said that the fax was unreadable and smudged and that i needed to resend it. When I went back to get reimbursed or to have them resend it they refused. They did say they could scan it and email it instead and I agreed to that. When he finished he tried to charge me another $12. So in other words I was paying $62 in total. I refused to pay the $12 and the man said he was going to cancel the email if I didn't. I couldn't believe it. I asked to speak to his manager and I was flabbergasted to find out that he was actually the owner!! He also made a few rude comments to me and then walked away from me and left me standing there at the counter. I have been a retail store manager for 15 years. This is not the way to treat a paying customer. Do not give this man your business. He is absolutely awful. boxholderbysunlightbelieveron01/22/2010This store is exceptional in all aspects. The owners and their employees are always professional and they truly care about their customers. My printing needs are always met with reasonable prices and a quick turnaround. If I have a package delivery to my mailbox, I am notified through my email! Their service is beyond what you normally expect.
