Repress or numb difficult experiences it fully embraces them. Walks through them. And transmutes them into the nutrients of life. Every experience is a lesson that the universe provides for your BENEFIT. Your wounds are the KEY to healing if you&rsquove been wounded. Rejected. Abused. Ignored. Denied or neglected YOU Don&rsquot have to carry the pain of those experiences ANY longer. There is healing. There is peace. JOY and fulfillment waiting for YOU &ndash and YOU deserve it It&rsquos your divine birthright. But it isn&rsquot free. The cost is doing the work. There are NOT enough desires. Intentions or affirmations to transform a neglected plot of land into a beautiful garden. It requires action it takes work. It makes NO sense to plant tender seeds before the weeds have been removed and the soil prepared. YOU begin the process by first removing the debris that Doesn&rsquot belong the rusted OUT washing machines. Torn grocery bags and empty soda cans strewn about. Then YOU extract the weeds. Loosen and fortify the dirt. And finally plant NEW seedlings in a clean and sacred space where they CAN grow and flourish. YOU gotta GET your hands dirty to DO that. The same is true for life. Begin by surveying the property of your life and recognize the trash that other people have discarded there. Then. Take OUT the trash &ndash send the pain. Fear. Anger. Jealousy and resentment to the incinerator. Next. Extract the weeds that are firmly rooted in the soil of your experience the harmful and DISEMPOWERING values. Attitudes and beliefs YOU inherited from others. When properly DECONSTRUCTED. These weeds become the compost. The nutrients that YOU CAN USE to fortify your life. Then CAN YOU begin planting and cultivating flowers and trees and beautiful things. With a little time and attention. And a LOT of self nurturing. The injured parts of yourself will BE revealed. Illuminated. And transformed AS YOU journey into wholeness. The result is a beautiful garden a well tended life &ndash and a harvest of peace. JOY. Fulfillment and COMPLETENESS.
