We are a full time property management company in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho areas. We manage investment properties for owners, provide monthly reports, provide rental of units, all aspects of on site property management from putting up a sign, screening applicants, provide all tenant notices and following with court action when needed. All services are included in the management fee. We also have in house maintenance staff, use local licensed plumbers and electrical contractors. We have a full time office opened 6 days a week. If you are a tenant looking for an apartment or home call for the latest list and specials being offered, we do require applications but do not charge a fee for the application process.
