Thresholds Psychiatric Rehabilitation Centers is a psychiatric vocational rehabilitation program that uses horticultural therapy to benefit its participants. The company is a nonprofit florist that delivers fresh flowers, plants and silks. Several of the employees at Urban Meadows have severe mental illness, and the work is intended to help them better deal with their disabilities. Urban Meadows is owned and operated by Thresholds and is located in Chicago.
