Thunder Canyon Brewery, located in the Foothills Mall in northwest Tucson, Ariz., opened in November of 1997. It is a full-service restaurant and brewery that offers contemporary bistro cuisine and a wide variety of handcrafted beers brewed on-site in its state-of-the-art 15-barrel brewery. The restaurant s concept is hearty and freshly made brewpub fare that features something for everyone, which includes unique house-designed recipes prepared daily. The menu ranges from salads and steaks, to pasta and vegetarian fare, as well as homemade desserts and Cheesecake Factory cheesecakes. Thunder Canyon Brewery is privately held and employs approximately 100 people.
