I have been in the Flooring industry for 22 years, I have worked here and there in different flooring companys, I could never agree upon how their ideas of customer service should be??? I have been putting my heart into every job, taking to much time with each individual customer. I couldn't stand it any more, So in October 2009 I have decided to open my own place. Now I can waste as much time as I want, to assure that my customer is happy with the selection they have chosen. Even with the economic crash, I have survived, I come with references, referrals, and have made alot of friends. I like design, I like to help, I like to see the finished job, I like to see my customers happy, and refer me to their friends.
