Stephen Wexler, M.D. is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Dr. Wexler has 17 years of experience and is one of the most experienced surgeons in the Midwest. He has performed over 15,000 LASIK treatments making him one of the most experienced surgeons in the region. In addition, he is certified by VISX to train and credential surgeons nationwide in the use of the excimer laser. Dr. Wexler is also an Associate Clinical Professor at Washington University School of Medicine where his responsibilities include teaching LASIK to ophthalmology residents and cornea fellows.
