Total Community Development Inc. (TCD), a California non profit corporation established in 1997 under the guidelines of I.R.S. section 501(c)(3) as an exempt organization. TCD is committed to preserving the "American Dream" in the Inland Empire of Southern California. Not only are we committed to that worthy cause, we're also committed to the social and economic development of this area as well. At TCD, we feel the social and economic concerns of a community must be addressed simultaneously with the housing concerns.We engage in community and economic development work on a wide range of initiatives, from creating jobs to providing social services to supporting businesses and partnering with governments. TCD will work with many different organizations in community and economic development and brings the full capabilities of our organization to every project. We partner with non-profits, non-governmental organizations, city, regional, and national governments to accelerate community and economic development in our area.
