It also allows sampling of the newest recipes and wines. Chefs throughout the world have cooked at Treasure Island and include Julia Child, Paul Bocuse and Paul Prudhommes Treasure Island has also had celebrity chefs like Tony Bennett, Bobby Short and comedian Tom Dressen. It is a private company that employs nearly 700 people.
