Established in 1999, Triumph is a community-based treatment services and health care agency. It provides therapy for behavioral difficulties, adventure-based counseling, improvement of self-concept and healthy decision-making skills. The agency offers diagnostic assessment, outpatient therapy, intensive in-home treatment, and psychological evaluation and testing services. Triumph provides case management, outpatient therapy and psychiatric care services, as well as several programs related to traditional school, summer classes and after-school. It initiates several activities that include assistance and support for individuals in crisis situations, service coordination, psycho education and individual restorative intervention for the development of interpersonal, community and independent living skills.
