Truman Middle School is a magnet school for technology and contemporary arts. It serves students in grades six through eight. The school has an enrollment of more than 800 students and is part of the Albuquerque Public School District. Its curriculum includes various subjects, such as language arts, math, science and technology, social studies, health education, English, computer science, arts and crafts, music and physical education. It also provides various special education programs for students with special needs. The school has athletic teams for cross country, soccer, cheerleading and athletics.
