I offer Individual, Couples, andFamily Therapy, as well asGroups focusing on Premarital Workshops, Forgiveness and Reconciliation, Parenting Adult Children, and Christian Identity.
Relationships can be challenging, andwith God's help I partner with couples in the areas of premarital counseling, resolving couple conflicts, building on existing strengths, recovering from affairs, and forming secure connections between partners.
I coachfamilies in their successfully resolution of life-cycle transitions, parenting conflicts, blended family concerns, and extended family conflicts. I collaborate with individuals to build strong self-concepts, and improve daily and relational functioning.Helping my clients feel safe in sessions is important. With my training in research supported Emotion-Focused Therapy I am able to be withmy clients in their frustration and anger with compassion and understanding. Together, we uncover the blocks to forgiveness and getting their needs met in healthy ways.
I am confident of the love of Christ for each person. When requested, I will incorporate Scripture and prayer in session. I also offer individual and group sessions on Forgiveness and Reconciliation as well as a class that builds up the beliefs and identity of a Christian.
