At Turner Martial Arts Centers we pride ourselves on offering quality martial arts instruction in Hapkido, Taekwondo, Brazilian JiuJitsu, and Thai boxing. Our Instructors are all Certified Black Belt Instructors. We offer a variety of different programs to best suit the varying needs of kids, juniors, and adults.
At TMAC our goal is to offer quality programs that address the needs of every family member. To that end, we have developed a weight loss & fitness program that combines our Thai boxing class with safe nutritional cleansing through Isagenix. The Thai boxing class is an excellent workout that combines strength training, core work, and cardio. This class is great for jump starting your workout regimen or if you already work out, it¿s a great way to kick your workouts up a notch. This class is appropriate for people of all fitness levels.
Weight loss is a simple calorie in/calories out equation and working out will not bring about weight change on its own. This is why we include Isagenix in our program. Isagenix is nutritional cleansing. On this program you can reduce your calorie intake and still be sure your body is getting the full range of vitamins, nutrients, and minerals necessary to obtain peak performance. One of our Hapkido students lost 28lbs in two months doing a combination of Thai boxing class and Isagenix!
