Getting to see a physician for your minor medical and urgent care needs just got easier. Twin Cities Medical Clinic (TCMC) has opened Fast CARE of TCMC to see urgent care patients. We are physician staffed from 10 am - 8 pm Monday through Friday, and 12 pm - 6 pm Saturdays and Sundays. We are able to see children and adults of all ages. Most insurance are accepted. Please call for more information! Walk-ins Welcome!

American Immigrations of Twin Cities Medical Clinic offers a Civil Surgeon, Dr. C. E. Michael Oldenburg M.D., and MPH, who conducts I-693 Immigration Medical Exams for applicants seeking a change in their immigration status. All completed paperwork is returned in 2-3 days! We also offer Immigration Vaccine Updates.
Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) Exams:
TCMC conducts same day D.O.T. medical exams for truck drivers. All forms are completed immediately.
