Ulster County Mental Health

The Ulster County Mental Health Department is the local government agency that plans, funds and monitors community mental health, mental retardation and developmental disability and alcohol and substance abuse services in Kingston, N.Y. It offers various services, including inpatient psychiatric treatment, partial hospitalization, emergency psychiatric intervention, residential, outpatient clinic treatment, case management and continuing day treatment.
