I made an appointment for a blowout at this salon to try it out. I get my cuts and color somewhere else but it's nice to treat yourself to a blowout once and awhile. I tried them out because I had a coupon and it's close to home. I arrived for my appointment and checked in with what I thought was the receptionist. There was another walk in there that made an appointment for 30 minutes after me. There was only one person styling at the time so I thought there would be another stylist coming soon since there was two of us waiting and what kind of salon only has one stylist? I waited for almost 30 minutes and as soon as I was about to get up and leave she calls me back. The walk in that had an appointment 30 minutes after me was called back at the same time. This should have been my first clue to walk away but I wanted my blowout. The shampoo was fine and so was the blow dry, although the stylist didn't fix my hair how I asked. I got sleek and straight, which is my natural hair texture, when I asked for voluminous with a slight curl on the end. It took her almost AN HOUR to blow dry my hair!!! Every 7-10 minutes she would have to stop and consult the other stylist on how to do something or answer the phone as the receptionist had disappeared. This became very annoying, and again I almost told her I had to leave. I was here for a blowout an hour and fourty five minutes to get a simple wash and style and I didn't even come out with what I wanted. The walk in that came in after me got out of there quicker than I did. What a horrible experience!!!
