The company is a full-service, multiple discipline firm that employs approximately 250 professional engineers, planners, surveyors, technicians and right-of-way agents who have the experience, knowledge and skills to handle any project large or small. With corporate offices in North Dakota, the firm serves a range of public and private clients through five regional offices located in Fargo and Bismarck, N.D.; Minneapolis and Detroit Lakes, Minn.; and Sioux Falls, S.D. Approximately half of the company s services are provided to federal, state and local governments. In 2004, Engineering News Record ranked the company among the top 500 engineering firms in the United States and one of the top 10 firms in electrical transmission and distribution.
