Ben Roth enjoys over 20 years of staffing industry experience. After graduating from Florida State University, Ben launched his career in sales and management. At a young age, he entered the staffing industry. His early success propelled him into a partnership position with a young staffing company, opening the first West Coast branch. He became instrumental in expanding the organization over the next ten years. During this time, Ben became the president of the Western Companies, parlayed his equity opportunity into the second largest ownership of the company, and pioneered the staffing industry s first 'vendor-on-premise' program in 1984. This concept set the standard for quality and value, benefiting the customer and forever changing the staffing industry. He left the company in 1993.In 1994, Ben founded Ultimate Staffing Services L.P. His leadership stretches from creating the soul of the company in its mission, vision and values, to company initiatives and innovations, to strategic positioning, and directing the company to become a 'best-in-class' organization. In 1999, Ernst & Young named Ben 'Entrepreneur of the Year' for business services. Joining Ultimate Staffing Services in March 1998, Pam opened the Northern California market and expanded our market presence in Arizona, San Diego and Colorado. She now oversees Ultimate Staffing s entire United States operations. With recruiting and operational responsibility for a $200 million division, Pam has been instrumental in developing Ultimate Staffing Services as the preeminent staffing services company and a creative industry leader.
